
Dr Valentina Tumolo, from the University of Tuscia, will meet the students of the #ACCW course to illustrate through a didactic seminar the #FoodStore project: Food storage in the Late Fifth, Fourth and Third Millennia BC in the Northern Fertile Crescent, winner of the European Call Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
The event is part of the cycle of seminars on the archaeology of ancient Western Asia 2024-25 and addresses the contribution of archaeological disciplines to the debate on food security, sustainability in agricultural production, risk management strategies and the relationship between productivity and socio-economic inequalities.
